Hi everyone. I hope you have had a great summer🌞.
It's hard to believe we are ready for another season of Juniors at Priorians Hockey Club🏑. We can't wait to welcome your kids back for another great season. Juniors will begin again on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th Sept.
Just a few updates. Hannah McLaughlin will be taking over from Sharon as Junior Coordinator. She will be a great asset in this role.
Registration will launch this Thursday evening around 8pm.The links to register for each of the sections will be posted here so keep an eye out. Following this you will be added into the appropriate Spond group.
We are planning on using Spond to process all our fees this year. More information will be sent your way on how to do this after registration. Please bare with us as we get this all set up.
The kit shop will open in September, we will pop the link in here when it is available. We also plan to host another kit swap following the success of last year. Dates to be confirmed, but in the meantime bring any kit you no longer need to your coaches during the first few training sessions🏑🏑

Congrats to our Under 15s Dev.2 Team for getting to the Final of their section. Unfortunately they were pipped at the post. Well done girls a great achievement.
Day three of summer camp! Camp 2024 complete. A brilliant three days. Thanks to all players for their commitment and dedication to our sport.
Huge thanks to our coaches and volunteers. I couldn’t tag Emma A, Rebecca D or Susanna but you are all amazing and I am so grateful.

Congrats to Ulster 035s and to Priors Emma Allen and ex Prior Jill Kennedy for winning the Trophy after penalty runs against Leinster.
Well done to our Priorians trio who played for Ulster in the Masters Interpros in Leinester. Emma, Kathryn and Rhonda. All at Priorians Hockey Club are super proud of you all.
Congratulations to our Mighty 2s goalkeeper Mollie Devine who recently won Female Club Player of the Year Award at the Irish Cricket Awards
Mollie plays cricket locally for Fox Lodge Cricket Club NorthWest Warriors and also plays Super Series with the Dragons
Mollie is an inspiration and great role model for our young female girls looking to play dual sportsand also find a career along the way.
Mollie is a well known and popular coach in the NorthWest going into many schools throughout the day to coach both hockey and cricket and she also coaches the youth at Foxlodge in the evenings
Priorians and Foxlodge as well as many other cricket Clubs in the NorthWest are now forming strong links as many of our hockey girls are dual sports stars
Your Priorians Hockey family are very proud of your achievements Mollie and are delighted that all your dedication and hardwork pays off
You are a valued member in the Mighty 2sand we really appreciate when you juggle things around to be with us on a Saturday

It’s that time of year again! Pre-season fitness starts tomorrow night 7-8pm at St. Columbs Park running track. Social hockey was brilliant this year, great turnout every week so let’s keep the trend going. 🥳
Skills training starts back Thursday 10th August at Foyle Arena, anyone 15 years and above welcome!

Priorians Ladies Hockey Team travelled to Raphoe on Saturday 26th August to play a preseason friendly against Raphoe Ladies. Rachael McSparron scored the only goal of the game to give Priorians a 1-0 victory. The game which was played mostly in heavy rain was keenly contested by both teams. Priorians new Coach Frank Nawn was pleased with their performance ahead of the new hockey season which starts on the 16th of September with the 1sts away to Bangor and the 2nds home to Randalstown 3rds.

Priorians U18s had an enjoyable games v Limavady U18s. None of our players have played on our 1s or 2s yet and some have just turned 15. Great development and key in enabling auccessful transition to senior hockey. Great goal from Lauren Barnet secured our first win at this age group,
Prior players who took part in the annual Antrim Sixes Hockey Tourament.
